Automatic refunds

If a generation fails for technical reasons, the credits reserved for it are automatically returned to your balance. You never pay for generations that don't complete.

Subscription refunds

Subscription fees are non-refundable once the billing period begins, except where required by law. You may cancel at any time; your plan remains active until the end of the current period, and unused subscription credits expire per the rollover terms.

Credit packs

One-time credit pack purchases are non-refundable once credits have been partially or fully used. Unused packs may be refunded within 14 days of purchase — contact support.
