1. The service

Model Studio provides AI-generated imagery, video, and audio through a credit-based system. Credits are consumed when you generate content. Failed generations are automatically refunded.

2. Credits & billing

Subscription credits refill monthly and roll over for one additional billing period. One-time credit packs never expire. Subscription credits are always spent before pack credits. All fees are in USD and non-refundable except as described in our Refund Policy.

3. Acceptable use

You may not use Model Studio to generate unlawful, harassing, or infringing content, or to misrepresent AI-generated imagery as unedited photography in a misleading way. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

4. Intellectual property

You own the images, videos, and audio you generate. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any reference images you upload.

5. Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
